Separate clinic workspaces
Patient records, appointments, and invoices belong to their clinic. Staff access depends on the clinics linked to their account and their permissions.
Learn how clinic records are kept separate and staff access is controlled. Discuss hosting, backups, and data retention before starting with ClinBeam.

ClinBeam’s hosted service uses HTTPS. Patient files are stored privately and accessed through authorized application requests.
Clinic administrators can set which staff may manage appointments, open clinical records, handle billing, or change inventory. Access is checked when those actions are requested.
Authorized administrators can review the actions captured in the audit log, including who performed them and when. Log coverage and retention depend on the action and configured policy.
The hosted service runs daily encrypted off-site backups, with monitored backup jobs and tested restore procedures.
